Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun, we will make every reasonable effort to stop the order before it ships.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
