Inspection Upon Delivery

  • If you are unable to inspect the item immediately and suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt

Then, email clear photos of the damage to support@onestoprecreation.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.


3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer:

  • Return shipping for warranty evaluation is the responsibility of the customer

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping of the replacement item may be covered by One Stop Recreation or the manufacturer

  • Labor, installation, or removal costs are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties


6. Warranty Transferability
